Sharp Fleur (sharpfleur.com, "the Site") is run by D2X Enterprises LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what happens to information about you when you visit the Site.

The short version

• The Site is a product catalog. It sells nothing itself. Its product pages link to retailers such as Amazon and Walmart, where any purchase happens.
• There are no accounts, no sign-in and no forms. The Site has no server code of its own and does not ask you for your name, email address or anything else.
• No analytics or advertising runs on the Site today. If analytics is added later, it will run only if you allow it in the cookie settings.
• Some requests reach other companies simply because pages load: our host (Cloudflare), Google Fonts, and, for some products, Walmart's image servers. Those are described below.

What happens when you visit

Hosting

The Site is a set of static pages hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any website, your browser's requests reach Cloudflare's servers, which receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, so that they can deliver the page. The product catalog is loaded from the Site itself.

Fonts

Every page loads its fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). This happens on every visit, whatever you choose in the cookie settings, and it means Google receives your IP address and browser information when a page loads. Google's use of that information is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.

Product images

Most product images are loaded from products-d2x-images.d2xtech.com, an image server run by D2X. Some product images are loaded directly from Walmart's image servers (i5.walmartimages.com), which receive your IP address and browser information when those images are shown.

Analytics

The cookie settings include an "Analytics" switch, but no analytics service is currently set up on the Site. Turning the switch on currently does nothing except record your choice. If we add an analytics service (for example Google Analytics) in the future, it will load only if you have turned on the "Analytics" category, and we will update this policy to describe it first.

Advertising

The cookie settings include an "Advertising" switch, but no advertising network runs on the Site today and no ads are shown. Turning the switch on currently does nothing except record your choice. If we add advertising in the future, we will update this policy to describe it.

Links to retailers

Product pages link to retailers such as Amazon (through the Amazon Associates program) and Walmart. When you follow one of those links you leave the Site, and the retailer collects information under its own privacy policy. Anything you buy is between you and that retailer. The Site does not record or send anywhere which links you click.

Cookies and browser storage

The Site stores the following in your own browser. None of it identifies you by name.

• visitor_id (browser storage): a random identifier created on your first visit, before you make any choice. It stays in your browser; the Site does not currently send it anywhere.
• cookie_preferences (browser storage): your cookie choices.
• darkMode (browser storage): whether you chose the light or dark theme, saved when you use the theme switch.
• cookie_consent and do_not_sell (cookies): set when you save a cookie choice, and kept for one year. Your browser sends these cookies to the Site with each request; nothing on the Site currently reads them.

The cookie settings have four categories. Essential is always on. Functional, Analytics and Advertising do not currently change anything the Site does. You can change your choices at any time with the cookie settings button in the bottom-left corner of every page, and you can delete everything above by clearing your browser's cookies and site data for sharpfleur.com.

If you email us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write, and we use them to reply to you.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not run accounts, sign-in or forms on the Site.
• We do not record which products you view or which retailer links you click.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of certain data collection
• Request data portability

Because the Site has no accounts, most of what is described here is held in your own browser, where you can delete it. To ask about any of these rights, email us at the address above.

California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. The cookie settings include a "Do Not Sell My Info" switch; turning it on also turns the Advertising category off, and your choice is saved in the do_not_sell cookie.

Children's Privacy

The Site is intended only for adults aged 18 or over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
